The origin of meditation

This meditation is new compared to the meditation of ancient traditions. This method began to be taught in 1996 in South Korea.

As of 2024, there are currently around 346 centers in 42 countries around the world and the number is increasing every year!

In Switzerland, it is taught only at our center in Morges.

The objective of this meditation

The goal of this meditation is to find and connect with our true nature.
The goal is to free oneself from repetitive patterns and suffering in order
to find deep joy.

Our level of consciousness rises as our perspective expands. When our mind becomes clear, we are simply able to see things as they are, and not through false representations of reality.

The methodology

Our meditation allows us to reflect on ourselves through self-reflection and
letting go of subjective representations
of our life.
It allows us to expand our consciousness while freeing our mind from thoughts and burdens of the past and change occurs within us.
And the result is true happiness.

About Meditation Suisse Romande

At the center or online, meditation guides offer personalized and flexible support to meditators,

so that everyone is guided and followed in a caring manner.

Offer a meditation discovery course to all interested people, in order to learn where stress, burdens, doubts come from and how to get rid of them. Then, people wishing to go further in their meditative journey are accompanied in a flexible and adapted way in order to awaken to their true nature.
