Our Missions

The main mission of the association Méditation Suisse Romande is to

contribute to the personal development of its members by offering meditation sessions designed to broaden their awareness.

With a broader, more positive consciousness, a person's conflicts diminish and their relationships improve. Their quality of life improves, which in turn has a positive impact on all other aspects of their lives. If one person's consciousness expands, those around him or her benefit, and one thing leads to another: the collective consciousness of society is transformed.

The Méditation Suisse Romande association offers free discovery sessions, as well as a range of monthly or à la carte subscriptions, giving access to quality teaching.

The method of meditation practiced

The origin of meditation

This meditation is new compared to the meditation of ancient traditions. This method began to be taught in 1996 in South Korea.

As of 2024, there are currently around 346 centers in 42 countries around the world and the number is increasing every year!

In Switzerland, it is taught only at our center in Morges.

The objective of this meditation

The goal of this meditation is to find and connect with our true nature.
The goal is to free oneself from repetitive patterns and suffering in order to find
deep joy.

Our level of consciousness rises as our perspective expands. When our mind becomes clear, we are simply able to see things as they are, and not through false representations.
of reality.

The methodology

Our meditation allows us to reflect on ourselves through self-reflection and
letting go of subjective representations of our life.
It allows us to expand our consciousness while freeing our mind from thoughts and burdens of the past and change occurs within us.
And the result is true happiness.

Come back to your “true nature” and
merge with the world around you

Neuroscientists discovered about twenty years ago that people live in a mental world of their own creation and suffer from it. However, there was no clear solution to get rid of it. Today, everyone can easily learn and experience the method of letting go.

This meditation helps to strengthen your mental and physical health . You will discover the best version of yourself.

You find the Truth and your true nature " within you " in order to live with the energy and consciousness of the universe.

 Meditation Suisse Romande Team

The Méditation Suisse Romande team is made up of people from various backgrounds. They understand the challenges of life and the professional environment to support you and give you more and more autonomy in order to find your true nature .
