Stress is much more than a simple reaction to a present situation. Our past negative experiences, the images, memories, and associated emotions can become deeply ingrained within us. These persistent patterns influence our perception and sometimes lead us to anticipate stress , even before it actually occurs.
This workshop has been designed to support you through meditation, in a process of inner liberation and prevention:
• Identify the root causes of stress : Understand the distinction between acute and chronic stress and how past experiences shape our current reactions .
• Freeing oneself from past blockages : Working on memories and emotional patterns
• Transforming the emotional charge : Learning to observe thoughts and emotions with detachment, and to eliminate their influences instead of being subjected to them.
• Prevent stress in future situations : Learn to welcome situations calmly and avoid recurring stress cycles by reprogramming your mind.
